Donald P. Blake Jr.Donald P. Blake Jr. – President
Donnie has over 35 years of building experience. He started the company in 1985 after marrying wife Julie. As his family grew, the company did the same, building a solid reputation in the local marketplace. As President of Donald P. Blake Jr. Inc., Donnie has a hands-on involvement with the entire building process from beginning to completion, ensuring each client’s total satisfaction. Donnie’s community minded spirit has shown through in his contributions of time and resources to local programs. His natural leadership qualities and attention to detail have made the company what it is today.

 

Travis CutlerTravis Cutler – Vice President
Travis has over 20 years of building experience.  He studied construction management at Vermont Technical College and joined the company in 1991. Over time, he worked his way up to becoming partner and is currently the vice president.  On a daily basis, Travis, handles estimating, project management, collaboration with design professionals and value engineering.  He acts a liaison to subcontractors, design professionals, owners and architects to assure that communication is clear and expectations are met.  Travis’ pride in his work and commitment to quality play a large role in the company’s productivity.

 

Kathryn StokesKathy Stokes – Office Manager
Kathy joined our company in January of 2000. She is our receptionist, human resources, payroll, A/P & A/R person. Kathy graduated from CCV in Morrisville in 2002 with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Business Applications. Her skills in customer service are a key element to the success and growth of our company.


 

 

Kraig LockeKraig Locke – Property Maintenance Manager
Kraig joined our company in November of 2006 as a carpenter. As of January 2011, he took over the role of Property Maintenance Manager. Kraig manages a number of local properties, as our liaison between homeowners and service technicians. He also works closely with homeowner’s to provide such services as general maintenance, repairs and development of long- term maintenance plans.
